FAQs

1. When is the campsite open?

In 2023, we plan to open from the 1st of April until the 1st of November.

2. What are the prices this year?

You can calculate the price of your stay  very easily.

Just check the reservation area before booking, including

  • number of adults and children
  • dates of stay
  • plot type
  • adding extras such as ‘extra shop’, ‘extra car’ (which implies an additional car since one car is already included in the price) or ‘electricity’

4. What is your cancellation policy if I book a plot?

Our cancellation policy is very flexible: it allows you to book early and at the same time make the payment a few days before arrival via the ‘check in express’ service to allow for last minute changes.

  • High season (1/7 – 31/8):  No charge if cancellation is made in writing 2 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If you have already paid via check in express and cancel before 2 days before your arrival, your money will be returned in full.

  • Low – Mid season (1/4 – 30/6 & 1/9- 01/11): No charge if cancellation is made in writing 1 day before scheduled arrival date. If you have already paid via check in express and cancel before 1 day, your money will be returned in full.

If you do cancel in advance before the days specified above or you not show up on the day of your arrival, a minimum of 20 euros or 20% of the reservation (whichever is the greater amount) will be charged as administration fee.

5. What is your cancellation policy if I book a bungalow?

For bungalows, our cancellation policy is also flexible.

  • High Season (From 5/7 to 25/8) – If the cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the arrival date, the cancellation costs will be 40% of the total amount of the reservation. If the cancellation occurs less than 10 days before the arrival date, cancellation costs will be 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

  • Low and Middle Season (From 1/4 to 4/7 and From 26/8 to 1/11)- If the cancellation occurs more than 5 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be refunded and € 35 will be charged as administration expenses.

3. Can I stay for long periods over the summer?

Some of our clients wish to come often leaving their caravan during a long stay. To do this, we offer special prices that can mean a real saving for families.

Long stays involve staying at the campsite every weekend from April 1 to September 30, Easter, a month of vacation in July or August, and the holidays of 1st of May, Saint John (24 June), Virgin Mary (15 August) and 11th of September. You can check out these prices by calling us or sending us a Whatsapp message on +34 616 909 747.

4. When do I need to check out?

Stays are calculated per night. On the last day of your visit, we ask that you leave your plot before midday (12pm).

5. Can I have a barbecue?

Due to camping regulations, barbecues and other types of fire are not allowed. Only gas cookers and gas barbecues are allowed.

6. How do I keep my pitch clean?

We hope that everybody does their part to keep things clean and tidy. As part of this, we ask all guests to dispose of their rubbish every day. This reduces the number of insects. Rubbish should always be kept in bags. It is mandatory to recycle as indicated by the containers located at the campsite’s exit.

7. Can I bring my dog or cat?

Yes. Except in the bungalows, dogs and cats are welcome provided that they do not disturb others with their behaviour. Dogs need to be properly leashed.

8. Do you have a map of the campsite?

Yes. You can view a map here.

9. Do you rent fridges at the campsite?

We work with Rentit.es, a company that rents refrigerators to our clients and which can bring the fridge directly to your plot on the day of your arrival and can pick it up the day of departure. You will need to book directly through their website www.rentit.es or by calling them at +34 665 663 835.
